Progress to report? Not very much. I've been sick since Saturday and haven't done a whole lot of writing as a result.
But I'm down to only just under 23,000 words to go. I shouldn't have a problem filling those words with the remaining story. Things are moving toward their climaxes and events are unfolding how they should.
Sure my characters surprise me still with their reactions, but the surprises make things better. They solve problems I faced in the telling of the story and in the structure of the plot. It's great.
That's all I have to report. Once my head stops spinning I think I'll try to write some.
Bringing it all together will be so satisfying! Hope you're getting lots of rest.
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon soon soon! And I think I caught what you have. Ugh.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Deb. I'm trying to rest. Nyquil is great for that.
ReplyDeleteElana, sorry you got sick. It's no fun. No fun at all. Hope you start feeling better soon.
You are so close! Yay! I love it when I get to the point in a project when everything starts to come together. I hope you are recovering nicely from your illness.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Susan. I hope so too. I'm doing better today than I was yesterday. We'll just have to wait and see.
ReplyDeleteYay! Isn't it exciting when everything starts to fall together?
ReplyDeleteFeel better!
Feel better soon
